MX-5 Stainless Differential Mount Cups Plates

Since the metal-rubber washer piece under MX-5 differential bushings is exposed to all the dirt and grime from the road, it absolutely loves to rust and that’s no good if you like to keep your diff attached to the car. Also the stock bush/stopper cannot be used with polyurethane bushings, as the rubber part of it does not allow for proper installation. So we created a long lasting, high quality solution.

The differential is attached to the rear subframe via two bushings (left and right) and at the bottom of them are these stop washers. Our custom stainless steel diff mount stop washer is lightweight, rustproof and for-a-lifetime upgrade from the rubber-and-steel OEM one. It is designed to be used with polyurethane diff bushings, so we recommend getting them together as a great combo to improve your shifter precision and feel.

Fits all 1989-2005 cars: NA (Mk1), NB (Mk2) and NBFL (Mk2.5). Fits with stock rubber differential mount bushings only if purchased with option “new bushings – yes”.
