CNC machined from a homogenous block of POM engineering plastic for high load applications. Beware of “alternatives” made by 3D printing or from cheap materials, which will wear over time.
Say goodbye to door squeak and rattle! These will keep them shut like nothing else. Based on customer feedback we can confirm these are a great upgrade even for the Mk4 (ND/RF) MX-5 and Fiat 124 Spider!
With 21 mm thickness these are probably the thickest door bushings on the market. Our design with 20° bevel on leading edges allows for smooth and easy door closing. Delrin combines low friction and high wear resistance with the stiffness and strength needed, so won’t crack over time and has a nice smooth surface.
A true bolt-on upgrade. Comes with installation material. For extra smoothness we recommend spraying a bit of silicone oil on the metal door cup.

Doors dont rattle anymore after installing these, they sit flush. If your doors are sagging you need to adjust them, otherwise closing and opening the door will be very hard to do. (For adjusting the door you need to possibly remove the whole fender).

Really surprised at the difference the Delrin door bushings made! Rattles and squeaks are gone, and the car feels tighter to drive. Proper bargain upgrade!

Fits perfectly. Doors close tightly but still OK without any sanding.

I was affraid that these were a “gimmick” and only mean a hassle to open and close the doors, with no discernable gain.
But since the price was quite low and I was ordering some other stuff, I though what the hell, and ordered them.
And oh my! was I wrong.
Much less rattles and shakes, and the car feels more “solid” I run very high spring rates on my car, and sometimes it feels like the chassis flexes more than the springs. These small plastic bushings definitely made an improvement.
There is practically no difference in force either closing or opening the doors compared to the OEM bushings.
Though it definitly feels more solid, with a more audible clunk.
But I took good care in aligning them to the doorcups perfectly, and also sprayed some silicone lube on the bushings.
