Fitment
This kit is suitable for 5-speed gearboxes and early 6-speeds with a 15 mm lower ball. Direct fit for Mazda MX-5 1.6 and 1.8 (1989-2005) 5-speed models. Later 5-speed gearboxes have two pins to locate the shifter, with the rear-most one needing to be pushed flush to install the short shifter.
